Automatic Greasing of Seamer "444" & "Marina 424"
 
  The automatic greasing system facilitates the greasing operations of the most of the points which require lubrication; of cylindrical form depending on parameters, working and stop programmed times.

This system consists of a pump with a tank, programmable screen, and a net of tubing reaching all the points to be greased.

  In the standard design of the seamers "MARINA - 424", the seaming heads elevation is carried out manually.

The motorised seaming heads elevation system consists on: a) a motor which realises the elevation and descent operations of the seaming heads and b) a digital measurement system of the distance between the seaming chuck and the lower lifter plate.
